Oh, my god, I adored this so much! I don't think there's anything that makes me happy the way that teacher!fic makes me happy. ♥ Merlin is completely adorable as a new teacher, and Gwen and Morgana are also adorable, and I love their little tea time meetings together, and Arthur's dedication to the school and the way he and Merlin fall in love, slowly and not at all easily. Oh. Just. HEART.

Arthur pouted and pointed at his arm. “You have to kiss it better before you go.”

Merlin smiled and pressed a kiss in the crook of Arthur’s elbow.

I had a little pang of nostalgia for my own secondary school teaching days, but only a VERY LITTLE one, which dissipated when Merlin was stuck sitting detention with Mordred. :D
