I don't read RPS much, but this is lovely! I adore how you weaved in all the fandom tropes we're all so familiar with, and basically made the boys fanboys, but without going overboard. And your side-characters! One way to judge if an author is epic is based on not only how they write the protagonists, but also on the side-characters. I mean, of course Misha would be awesome - he is Misha, 'nuff said - but a lot of that depends on how well you capture his character, and I think you were spot on! Jeff, too, was a pretty cool guy - and I just realized Jeff is short for JDM, isn't it? *Blond moment*
