“Lex, do you actually own anything that isn’t black or purple?”
Lex barely raised his eyes from his laptop as Clark wandered into the bedroom, clad in one of Lex’s many black robes and towelling his hair off with one of Lex’s many purple towels.
Lex grunted.
“Lex, are you even listening to me?”
“I’m listening, Clark. I’m just refusing to take advice from someone who only dresses in primary colours.”
Clark gave a haughty sniff and threw the damp towel at Lex’s head. “I’m just saying it might not kill you to experiment with colours other than the ones that make up the logo of your company.”
Lex grunted again and Clark sighed. “Fine, whatever, are you done working now?”
“Something you want to do, Clark?”
“Someone I want to do, Lex.”
Lex’s laptop clicked shut and was moved out of the way just in time to avoid being crushed by Clark launching himself onto the bed

“Clark…what the hell?”
“Quiet, Luthor! I’m not Clark, I’m Superman.”
Lex tried not to let a smile break out onto his face, and Luthors certainly didn’t giggle. “What happened? Is the rest of your costume being washed?”
Clark moved over to the bed, clad only in a red towel which was acting as his cape. “I thought I’d bring a little colour into your life.”
This time Lex did smile. “Clark, you do that just by being here.”
Clark let the towel slip to the floor and was about to climb on the bed when Lex stopped him.
“Leave it on.”
Clark grinned.
