“Are you in love with Jack?”

Sawyer began to choke, his face turning such an alarming shade that Kate almost ran to get Jack. However Sawyer’s face soon regained its usual complexion

“What the hell are you talking about, Freckles?”

Kate shrugged. “You’re always trying to get to him. I thought it was some kind of sexual thing.”

“In the Doc’s dreams!” Sawyer retorted. “Or possibly in yours.”

Kate blushed. “Hey, I was just asking.”

“Well, now you know.”

He smiled, his eyes lingering just a little longer than they should and Kate realised she’d known the answer all along.

seems like there must be a lot of ship wars within the whole kate/jack/sawyer/juliet quadrangle -- or am i imagining this? i do recall the j/k and s/k shippers already not getting along...

i always feel a bit lost (er, no [further] bad puns intended) over the fact that i have pretty much zero stance on this. at least, as far as sawyer/juliet goes. i'd need to actually see how it happened to have any kind of opinion.

that's too bad, though, about you no longer writing lost fic. any particular reason -- or just preoccupied with other things?

I'm just taken up with other fandoms now. Plus your above comment about being indifferent to Sawyer/Kate vs Sawyer/Juliet. LOL! I don't mind what happens really

(though, i think kate/sawyer will most likely stay my otp.)

Uh...Smallville for a couple of years, then Merlin and Supernatural which is what I'm writing at the moment

i'm sorta getting into merlin these days. haven't really started reading fic for it, though. seems like there's a lot of crossover -- in terms of people -- between that and the harry potter fandom. (and i totally forget if you were ever into HP at all. probably not?)

SPN has never really grabbed me, i don't know why. might try giving it another shot, at some point...

I've read all the HP books and seen the films but it was never really a fandom of mine

it's a pretty fun fandom. but i guess it isn't for everyone. :P


merlin... i find more enjoyable in company, so far. like, i went to the merlin meetup at one of the HP cons this summer, and that was wicked fun. otherwise, i've been trying to watch it together with jedipirate...

guess i'm not super into it yet -- but i like it at least enough to keep watching. *shrug* maybe i'll grow to appreciate the show more if i get into the fandom a bit; or at least start reading some fic.
